These terms apply to contracts concluded in the web shop operated by FECCO HOLDING S.R.L. (the “Provider”) at vapelio.eu. By placing an order you accept them.

2. Age limit
The shop sells products containing nicotine. Orders may only be placed by persons aged 18 or over. By placing an order the customer declares that they are over 18.
The Provider and the courier may request proof of age on handover and may refuse delivery if adulthood is not proven.
3. Placing an order
- The customer adds the chosen product to the cart, then provides contact and delivery details at checkout.
- The customer selects a delivery method (home delivery or pickup point) and a payment method.
- Pressing “Place order” is an offer with an obligation to pay, which the Provider confirms by e-mail. The contract is concluded upon confirmation.
- Input errors can be corrected in the cart and at checkout before submitting, and by e-mail afterwards.
- The contract is concluded in the language chosen by the customer, is deemed to be in writing, is filed by the Provider and is made available on request.
4. Prices
Prices are shown as consumer end prices including VAT, in the currency of the selected shop language. Shipping is not included and is shown separately at checkout.
The Provider reserves the right to change prices; a confirmed order is fulfilled at the confirmed price. In case of an obviously incorrect price the Provider is not obliged to sell at that price and informs the customer without delay.
5. Payment
- Cash on delivery: the customer pays the courier or the pickup point on collection.
- Card: payment is processed by Stripe. The Provider does not see or store card data.
6. Delivery
Delivery is carried out by General Logistics Systems Romania S.R.L. (GLS) through the GLS group’s European network, either to the address given or to the GLS parcel shop or parcel locker chosen by the customer.
Shipping costs 59,00 kr for home delivery and 49,00 kr to a pickup point. Orders above 750,00 kr ship free of charge.
In-stock orders are handed to the courier within 24 hours on working days; delivery usually takes 1–2 working days.
7. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal without giving reasons, under Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU. Full information and the model form: https://www.vapelio.eu/sv/withdrawal
8. Warranty
In case of defective performance the customer may claim under the statutory conformity rules. Under Directive (EU) 2019/771 the Provider is liable for a lack of conformity for two years from delivery; during the first year the defect is presumed to have existed at delivery.
Under product warranty the customer may request repair or replacement from the manufacturer within two years of the product being placed on the market.
Where the manufacturer offers a voluntary commercial guarantee, its terms are set out in the guarantee statement supplied with the product. Such a guarantee does not affect the consumer’s statutory rights.
9. Complaints and remedies
The Provider is registered in Romania. Consumers are nevertheless protected by the mandatory consumer rules of their country of residence.
- Complaints can be made at info@vapelio.eu. Written complaints are answered on the merits within 30 days.
- For cross-border disputes the European Consumer Centre (ECC-Net) helps free of charge.
- Consumer protection proceedings may be initiated at the ANPC in Romania, or at the competent authority in the consumer’s country.
- The consumer may also turn to the courts of their place of residence.
- The Provider has not submitted to any code of conduct.

11. Miscellaneous
The Provider may amend these terms unilaterally; amendments take effect upon publication and do not affect orders already placed.
Matters not covered here are governed by Romanian law, as the law of the Provider’s registered seat, together with EU consumer protection rules. Under Article 6 of the Rome I Regulation this does not deprive the consumer of the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of habitual residence.
