Pickup point delivery
At checkout you can choose from thousands of GLS parcel shops and lockers by postcode or town. Lockers are typically available 24/7, parcel shops during the store’s opening hours.
GLS notifies the recipient by e-mail and SMS when the parcel arrives. It can be collected for a few working days, after which it is returned to the sender.
Payment methods
- Cash on delivery: paid to the courier or at the pickup point. Lockers accept card payment.
- Card: paid when the order is placed, on Stripe’s secure page. The shop never sees or stores card data.
Collection and age limit
The products contain nicotine and may only be collected by a person aged 18 or over. The courier or the pickup point may ask for proof of age.
