1. How long does delivery take?
We dispatch within 24 hours on working days, and the courier usually delivers in 1-2 working days.
2. How can I pay?
Cash on delivery to the courier, or by card at checkout. Both run over a secure, encrypted channel.
3. Are the products genuine?
Yes. We source exclusively from official distributors; every item is verified and traceable.
4. Can I buy under 18?
No. This shop is strictly for adults over 18, and the courier may verify age on handover.
5. How does 8-in-1 flavour switching work?
The device holds four separate liquid tanks. The dial selects which tank is active: four flavours on their own, plus four blends when paired – eight flavour experiences from one device.
6. What do 200K and 300K mean?
The maximum puff count stated by the manufacturer: the Merry-Mi Blade 30K is rated for up to 30,000 puffs, the FiHP 200K for up to 200,000 and the Bang Legend Geek 300K for up to 300,000. Real-world life depends on how you use it.
7. Where do you ship?
Within Hungary we deliver by GLS courier to your address or to a GLS parcel shop. We also ship to: Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Czechia, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Luxembourg, Slovakia, Sweden. A parcel shop can only be chosen for a Hungarian address.
8. How much does shipping cost?
GLS home delivery is €4.90, a GLS parcel shop is €3.90. Above €65.00 shipping is free. In other currencies the checkout shows the local rate.
9. Can I return the product?
Yes, you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. We take back devices in unopened, undamaged packaging – an opened disposable vape cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. The direct cost of the return is borne by the customer.
10. How much nicotine do the devices contain?
The devices in our range contain 20 mg/ml (2%) nicotine salt, which is the EU upper limit. Nicotine is a highly addictive substance.
11. Is the device rechargeable?
The battery recharges over a USB Type-C cable, but the liquid cannot be refilled. Once the liquid runs out the device is electronic waste: hand it in at a collection point, not in household rubbish.
12. How can I track my parcel?
After dispatch we email you the GLS parcel number and the tracking link, which also shows the delivery date and time window.
